Wet Paint Return Policy
Regular stock items in salable condition (unused, packaging intact) returned within 60 days of purchase will not be charged a restocking fee of 25%
Sheet paper in salable condition returned within 60 days will be charged a 10% restocking fee and 25% after 60 days.

For web or mail order: Shipping is non-refundable. Shipping errors made by Wet Paint or product damaged in shipping are the responsibility of Wet Paint; in correcting the error, no further shipping charges will be assessed, unless the customer adds product to the original order. If the customer has made the error in ordering, they are responsible for shipping and must return the product in saleable condition to Wet Paint before credit for the product can be issued. In the cases of customer error, Wet Paint can arrange shipping for the customer, but the customer is responsible for payment of the additional shipping.
Backorders: If items are not in stock, the customer will be notified. No additional shipping charges are assessed for a single backorder shipment, unless the customer wishes to add items to the backorder, in which case standard shipping rates are applied. This is handled on a case by case basis.
