A deep, cold blue-green multi pigment hue. Highly opaque, this recreates the true viridian pigment which was patented by Guignet of Paris in 1859 and celebrated for its excellent permanence. Viridian was used by 20th century masters including Van Gogh, Kandinsky and Klee.
